In the mean time please try these buckwheat pancakes – they are delicious.
Buckwheat Vanilla Pancakes
Serves: 3 servings
- VEGAN PROTEIN FLAPJACKS!
- ⅓ box Orgran Buckwheat pancake mix
- 2 x Orgran Egg Replacers
- 2 scoops Vegan vanilla protein powder (we used Wazoogles)
- Almond Butter
- Cashew yoghurt
- Fresh berries
- Whisk all ingredients together with 1 cup water or almond milk, you can add a little more or a little less - depends how thick you want your flapjacks
- Pan fry in some coconut oil or grape seed oil and top it with whatever you like!
